Sessions will run every:

  • Last Wednesday of 2023 | 20th December

  • Last Friday of 2023 | 22th December (if sufficient interest-please book ahead)

  • January 2024 sessions return for | Wed 3rd, Wed 10th, Fri 12th & Tues 16th

  • Closed between January 17th to 27th | returning again Wednesday January 31st

Join Vintage Fitness in a free-trial to participate in an over 55s small group fitness class. Make exercising FUN by joining an healthy environment that is both supportive and rewarding. Each session will run for 45 minutes, meet in the board room of the club.

Classes will be a mixture of strength, balance, flexibility and functional movement. All fitness levels welcome.
