  • Andrew Turnbull

    CHAIR

    Andrew joined the Hunters Hill Club in 2022 and is an active lawn bowler. With over 30 years of experience in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Urban Design, he has held various Board and Director roles within professional institutes and community associations. Throughout his career, Andrew has provided consultancy services in the strategic positioning and land management of community, sports, leisure, and tourism assets.

    A passionate contributor to both his profession and the wider community, Andrew’s current roles include:

    Guest Lecturer at UNSW, UTS, and Tsinghua University [Beijing] (2012-present)

    Strategic Advisor – Cancer Institute NSW & Cancer Council – ShadeSmart (2019-present)

    Chair – AILA ShadeSmart Advisory Group (2020-present)

    Past Chair – Lane North Estate Community Association (2017-2021)

    Chair/Director – Mirage International Pty. Ltd. (2009-present)

    KIDSAFE NSW – Playground Advisory Unit, Westmead Children’s Hospital (2022-present)

    Director – Hunters Hill Club (2023-present)

    Andrew is dedicated to supporting the leadership team and ensuring the continued success of the Hunters Hill Club, having been elected to the Board in 2023.

  • Glen Norris

    DIRECTOR

    Glen has been a dedicated member of the Hunters Hill Club (HHC) since 2003, enjoying both tennis and bowls. He has served as a Director on the Club Board since 2016 and has been a valued member of the HHC Bowls Committee since 2013, currently holding the position of HHC Bowls President.

    With nearly a decade of involvement with HHC, Glen brings over 35 years of expertise in sales and marketing, including 15 years in senior management roles.

    In addition to his contributions at HHC, Glen has served on the Board of Good Environmental Choice Australia (GECA) and Drummoyne Sports Club. His leadership roles have included Director, Chairman of Selectors, Company Secretary, Chair of the Marketing Committee, and member of the Governance Committee.

  • Treena Johnson Georgiadis

    DIRECTOR

    Treena Johnson Georgiadis has deep roots in the Hunters Hill community, representing the third generation of her family to call the area home. Her grandfather lived on Ferdinand Street in the early 1900s, and Treena’s strong connection to the community continues to drive her passion for the Hunters Hill Club (HHC).

    Her career in hospitality began in 1989 while studying at the University of Sydney, where she worked for Spotless Catering at major venues including The Sydney Showground, SCG, and Sydney Football Stadium. After relocating to the U.S. in 1994, Treena built a successful career in hospitality management in New York City before becoming managing partner of a thriving retail business in Dallas, Texas, in 2007. These experiences sharpened her leadership, customer service, and organizational skills, which she now brings to the HHC board.

    Since returning to Hunters Hill in 2020 with her husband Alexis and son Foster, Treena has embraced the club’s role in the community. She is an active member of the HHC Tennis Committee, where she redesigned the tennis logo and developed a range of tennis merchandise now available for sale. Her creative and hands-on approach reflects her commitment to enhancing the club’s offerings for its members.

    Treena is dedicated to supporting the club’s legacy and ensuring it remains a vibrant part of Hunters Hill for generations to come.

  • Brian Hunter

    TREASURER

    Brian is now retired after a distinguished 40-year career in professional accountancy, having served as a partner at PwC in both Australia and Hong Kong. He is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

    An active bowler, Brian continues to represent the club regularly in Pennants competitions, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to the HHC community.

  • Rachel Evans

    DIRECTOR

    Rachel Evans has been a proud resident of Hunters Hill since 2019, when she moved to the area with her husband and two children. Soon after settling in, Rachel and her family became active members of the local club, enrolling her children in tennis lessons and introducing her father, who played his first lawn bowls game at over 80 years of age. Living just minutes away, Rachel and her family are regular visitors and enthusiastic supporters of the Club and its community.

    With an academic background in law, Rachel has spent most of her career as a management consultant across a wide range of industries. She also spent seven years at Unilever, working in finance, strategy, and consumer insight roles, culminating in a global position based in London for a $60 billion business. Since 2010, Rachel has specialised in coaching and facilitating leadership teams through strategic decision-making and long-term planning.

    Currently on a career break to focus on her family and community, Rachel is a dedicated member of the Sydney Philharmonia Choirs and has been performing with them since 2010. She has brought her love of music to Hunters Hill Public School, where she volunteers as a convenor on the P&C. Since 2021, she has led and expanded the school’s Performing Arts Program, helping to provide every student with the opportunity to learn an instrument or perform in an ensemble.

    Rachel is deeply appreciative of the sense of community and belonging that the Club fosters and is passionate about contributing to its future growth and success. She believes strongly that a Club’s leadership should reflect the diversity and interests of its membership base.

  • Damien Tresseder

    DIRECTOR

    Damien has been a proud resident of Hunters Hill for all of his 56 years. With over 35 years in the building industry, he has worked as a Construction Manager and, for the past six years, as a Project Manager overseeing a boutique portfolio.

    A dedicated community volunteer, Damien has supported numerous local sporting clubs, including All Saints, Gladesville Ravens, and North Ryde RSL. He is currently the 1st Grade Manager for Hunters Hill Rugby, a ski guide for disabled athletes at Perisher, and actively involved in various volunteer roles at St Joseph’s College.

    A passionate advocate for his local community, Damien has been a member of The Hunters Hill Club for over 25 years and is excited to contribute to the Board's continued success.

  • BRENDON LOVE

    DIRECTOR

    Brendon became a member of the Hunters Hill Club in 2019, marking the start of his journey as a lawn bowler. In 2021, he was elected to the Men’s Bowling Club Committee, and in January 2023, he assumed the role of joint Vice President.

    Currently, Brendon serves as Head of Human Resources at Buslines Group, where he leads strategic HR initiatives across the organisation. His responsibilities span a broad range of HR functions, including remuneration, learning and development, recruitment, employee relations, the interpretation of Awards and IR legislation, and providing daily HR services to support the business.

    With over two decades of experience in Operations and HR within the FMCG industry, Brendon brings valuable expertise and insight to the Board.
