VINTAGE FITNESS

Vintage Fitness brings over 55s together through fun, specialist group fitness classes in the local community. Our unique program focuses on the areas of fitness most important for older adults: flexibility, core strength, power, cardio, and neurological movement systems.

Andrew runs Vintage Fitness at the club, and during the holiday period his timetable will be limited.
